New e-Course Released: Let Sunzi Bring Clarity to the 2026 US-Iran War

From the first strike on February 28, 2026, to today, the world has been flooded with a chaotic mix of conflicting headlines, dramatic footage, unverified claims, and endless speculation about the US-Iran conflict.

One day we are told of decisive victories or the imminent landing of troops on Iranian islands; the next, we face stories of strategic setbacks, skyrocketing oil prices, and shifting global alliances. It is easy to feel completely overwhelmed and disoriented by this constant barrage of real-time bombing reports and partisan commentary.

When the modern media landscape creates nothing but fog, ancient wisdom offers the clearest lens.

2000 years of history imbedded in the Chinese Reading and Writing series

April 19, 2026, is the third day of the third month in Chinese lunar calendar. 1673 years ago, on the same day, i.e. the third day of the third month in 353CE, a great calligrapher, and also a great poet, composed and wrote a poem in the semi-cursive script.

This writing eventually became the most well known masterpiece of brush calligraphy in Chinese history. And it is this masterpiece that appears on the covers of all Chinese Reading and Writing series.

It’s time to read again this one of our most popular posts.

Returning to the Heart – A new e-course on Mencius for our time

After finishing a few e-courses on Confucius’s teachings and I Ching, this year I started with a new e-course on Mencius’s teachings.

Written more than 2000 years ago, Mencius’s words continue to be relevant and inspiring, carrying a powerful force that speaks directly to us today. In an era when so much feels fractured — morally, verbally, technologically — his emphasis on our innate goodness offers something steady and human.

In January 2026, following the U.S. military operation that captured Nicolás Maduro in Venezuela, the Trump administration renewed its focus on Greenland. News headlines have been filled with speculations that similar decisive action could be applied to acquire the vast Arctic territory currently under Danish sovereignty.
